Does your little dancer love the Nutcracker?
This holiday season we are offering a very exciting experience for all of our young dancers planning to attend one of our Nutcracker performances!!
We are offering special Backstage Passes for sale. You can purchase them here through our not for profit company, New Albany Children’s Ballet Theatre, and all proceeds will go towards us producing our very first sensory friendly performance. Your donation will directly influence our ability to provide this wonderful experience for children in Columbus that would normally not be able to attend a production of the Nutcracker.
Back Stage Passes are $175 for one child, $200 for a family with multiple children. Children must be from the same family.
Here is what our Back Stage Pass holders will receive:
A special invitation to attend an in studio performance prior to the Nutcracker weekend. Children will get to watch rehearsal, get a special tour of our costume room, and get to try on any of our Nutcracker costumes of their choice, even our new Sugar Plum Fairy tutu!! Be ready to take pictures!
You will let us know which performance of our Nutcracker you purchased tickets to then we will set up a pre-performance backstage tour. Children will be guided onto the stage to meet Clara and Fritz before the show begins.
Also at the performance each child will receive a special gift bag. In it will be an autographed pointe shoe from our Sugar Plum Fairy, a Nutcracker from our Nutcracker Prince, and an ornament from our Clara.
