Ballet training also helps to relieve stress and tension and is a really great workout. No ballet experience is necessary. Just the willingness to give it a try.
Join Miss Karen in a very energetic jazz class filled with great music and fun! Jazz training is a great way to stay in shape, increase flexibility, improve your posture, and work on your endurance.
Join Miss Judy in a tradition old school styled tap class. Teens and adults will learn basic tap movement in a fun and low key environment geared towards adults/teens.
The perfect dance class to work on your club moves! Join Miss Karen in a fun, energetic, and funky hip hop class. Be prepared to sweat and have a blast!!!!
